Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Methi leaves (washed and chopped)
  • 1 bunch Spinach leaves (washed and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup defrost Green Peas
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped or 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp each ginger, garlic and green chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Cashew paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp cumin coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream / half and half/ evaporated milk / full fat milk (your choice)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp carom seeds / ajwain
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
