Ingredients

  • 1/2 inch to
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp split black gram dal (urad dal)
  • 1 1/2 tbsps bengal gram
  • 3-4 dry red chillis
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 tbsps grated jaggery
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust)salt to taste
  • 2-3 tsps oil
