  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1. Add the cauliflower florets in warm salt water for
  • 3. In a kadai, heat the oil and add the cumin seeds
  • 5. Add the crushed ginger and garlic and saute for a minutes
  • 6. Add the masala and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes 7. Add the aloo and gobi and mix well.
  • 8. Add the red chilli powder and salt mix again
  • 10. Add the chopped coriander leaves and switch off
  • 1. If needed sprinkle little water
  • 2. You can add some green peas too
  • 3. You can add the potatoes without pressure cooking too, it will just take a little longer to cook the dish
