Ingredients

  • 40 mins easy aloo gobi masala recipe
  • onion
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 medium sized onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 8 whole cashews
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 medium sized potato, cubed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • leaves
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • mix
  • 10 minutes now add gobi florets and simmer for
  • 15 minutes also add kasuri methi, garam masala and coriander leaves and mix well
