Boil/steam cook the potatoes in a steamer or pressure cooker. Ghee / घी / நெய் – ½ tsp. Potato dhariwala is a delicious sidedish prepared with potatoes, spices, onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves
Now add all the dry ingredients & saute well. Aloo Matar. Ginger-a small piece. Add the peas,potato & required water,cook till potatoes are cooked well
