  • 2 green chilies
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 3 tsp coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp kashmiri chilli powder or deghi mirch
  • ¼ tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ tsp amchur
  • salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee
  • oil or ghee
  • ½ cup water
  • 30 minutes assembling and rolling aloo parathas
  • 20 to 30 minutes
