AlooParatha is universally loved Punjabi stuffedbread that can be had for any meal. There are few dishes that can beat the satisfaction of a well-made, warm AlooParathawith chilled dahi (curd or plain yoghurt), white butter and spicy pickle
It has mild fenugreek leaves flavor and soft texture on account of finely mashedpotatoes. Here is how to make stuffedaloo methi parathawith step by step pictures
Mix the potatoeswith the above ingredients well and keep aside. Add the salt and water with the Flour and mix well and make a semi-soft dough then add Oil and mix well until the dough becomes soft and Keep aside

Flip onto other side and again wait until it is hit by brown spot and the co lour of the paratha appears to be white throughout with little brown spots on both the sides
Generally we see aalooparathas or matar ( green peas ) parathas, but I prefer to take both and use in this paratha for the simple reason that I find the mashedpotatoes holds the mashed green peas well and we can make a great flat parathawithout spilling the stuffing
