Ingredients

  • 10-12 medium size kulchas
  • 250 ml cup
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup for dusting
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • water( adjust)
  • 2 teaspoons kalonji
  • 2 green chillies
  • 40-45 minutes Gently knead the dough for
  • 3-4 minutes and divide them into equally into smaller
  • 1. Take some flour on a plate and roll each small portion of the dough into balls using little pressure between your palms.
  • 4. Place the flattened dough and roll out the kulchas
  • 1. You can use whole wheat flour also for making these kulchas.
  • 2. You can prepare various fillings using potatoes, paneer
