Ingredients

  • 1 medium size raw papaya peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp panch photan
  • ½ cup moong daal soaked in water for 10 minutes ½ cup grated coconut
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 broken red chilies
  • 2 broken green chilies
  • Few Curry leaves
  • Few coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
  • 1 tsp hing
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp roasted and powdered cumin powdered
