  • Tamarind Medium Lemon Size
  • 1 tsp Jaggery
  • 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Gingelly Oil / Seasame Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • A Pinch Asafoetida / Hing
  • Handful Curry Leaves
