Ingredients

  • Egg
  • 1 inch piece, peeled, sliced Turmeric Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon
  • 1 medium stick
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coconut Milk
  • 125 ml Coriander Leaves
  • 4. Add the cinnamon and green chillies
  • 6. Add the tomatoes and cook for
  • 8. Cook until the oil starts to separate
  • 9. Add the tamarind paste and
  • 11. Add the coconut milk, salt and curry leaves
  • 13. Add the eggs and simmer for
  • 16. Serve with hot rice or as a side dish with dosas
