Ingredients

  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1½ tsp red
  • 1 big lemon
  • tamarind
  • tamarind pulp
  • 1 cup of warm water for
  • 10 minutes and extract thick tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
