Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Onion 2 large (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Curry leaves 1 sprig Coriander Powder 2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp Shahi Jeera
  • seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom
  • 3 no Cinnamon 1" stick
  • 1/4 cup Curry leaves 1 sprig Chili Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder a pinch
  • 1 tbsp Mint
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon 2" stick
  • 4 no Coconut
  • 3. Now heat oil on a large skillet, add the tempering ingredients then add sliced onions and saute for a minute and add ginger garlic paste, pinch of turmeric powder and saute till the raw smell leaves
  • 4. Then add green chili, curry leaves and stir fry for few seconds and now add the ground coconut paste and stir fry for 1
