Ingredients

  • 250 gms onions - 2 big (finely chopped)
  • ginger - 1 inch piece
  • 3-4 cloves water - 2 cups curry leaves - 2 sprigs
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder - 3 tbsps
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 6-8 mts Turn off heat and drain the excess water, if any
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut,
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 chopped tomato
