Aple Halwa Recipe - Thanks Giving day

Ingredients

  • 1 ] Apple :2
  • 2 ] Varai Flour : 1 & 1/2 cup
  • 3 ] Jaggary : 50 gm
  • 4 ] Pure ghee : 2 to 3 spoon
  • 5 ] cashew nuts, almonds - 4 to 5 each
  • 6 ] cardamom powder: 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

    Note : This Halwa I have made for fasting so I have taken Varai flour , you can take any flour as your choice.

    1] Wash the apples, cut it in to small pieces and boil it. Keep a side. And crush it with the crusher.
    2] Bake the Varai flour till red color appears. Keep aside.

    3] Now keep 2 cup water to boil , add baked Varai flour, Jaggary, crushed apples, cardamom powder, etc .

    4] Stir it well . Keep it for 5 minutes to get the steam.

    5] Now serve it with almonds by spreading some ghee to it.
