Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1/4 cup raw rice ( I used Sona Masoori raw rice variety)
  • 2 teaspoons bengal gram
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 green cardamom pods
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • 2. Cool and grind them coarsely .
  • 7. Cook till the rice and dal are completely cooked.
