of course I could have eaten it raw along with some chili powder and salt sprinkled over it but I simply chose to make this thogayal with the mangoand it turned out lip smacking good when I had with some hot rice and vathals (fryums)
It is called "Mambazha Pradhaman//Mango pudding made exclusively with Jaggery andcoconut milk. So this time, I've a very yummy dessert made with the fruit of the season (but nearing the end) and king of the fruits,"Mango-the great"
