Ingredients

  • 5 servings Authentic Goan Chicken Vindaloo cooked with Tamarind,Vinegar

  • ¼ Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp dry tamarind
  • water
  • Coriander
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • ½ tbsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Jaggery
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 12 hours Curry
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • of water
  • 1 cup of water
  • 25-30 minutes till the chicken is falling off the bone
