  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup ghee
  • 1/8 teaspoon saffron
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoon broken cashwes
  • 10-12 raisins

  • 1. Heat a pan and dry roast the aval/poha till it turns golden and crisp.
