  • 2 cups baby potatoes, boiled with turmeric and salt in water
  • 2 large red bell peppers, stemmed, seeded and cubed
  • 4-5 whole Kashmiri Red Peppers/Lal Mirch
  • 20 almonds, blanched and peeled
  • 7-8 green cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp, whole coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1-1/2 tsp kasuri methi, hand crushed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2-1 tsp red chili powder
  • and salt to taste
