Ingredients

  • 1 inch stick
  • 36. Star Anise
  • 3. Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 small
  • 2. Add ingredients under "To Marinate" list, i.e. red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste to the chicken
  • 9. Once they splutter, add chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves, hing and ginger garlic paste
  • and coriander powder
  • 14. Once it is done, switch off the flame, add crushed kasuri methi powder and finely chopped coriander
