Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried chick peas
  • 1 small onion
  • 3-4 thai chilies or adjust your spice level as per your taste
  • 3 big cloves of garlic
  • 2 handfuls of Flat leaf parsley (If you dont find parsley you can use cilantro.)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 lime juice
  • oil for frying
  • 6 Whole wheat pita
  • Tahini sauce, hot sauce, sliced onion, cucumber, tomato, lettuce
  • Final Dish. Hot sauce
  • 5-6 dried red chilies
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Mix it with little water in blender until it gets sauce consistency.
