Ingredients

  • 2 Cups fine Semolina
  • 3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup toasted Coconut / desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Caster Sugar / Powdered granulated Sugar
  • 150 Grams unsalted Butter - melted
  • 3/4 Cup plain thick yogurt ( yogurt should be sour , use fresh yogurt for better taste)
  • 20 Blanched Almonds for Garnish
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1 Cup Granulated white Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Rose Water / Orange Blossom
