Ingredients

  • 2 beetroots, peeled and diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large green chilli, finely chopped
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves
  • 4 to 5 mint leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ¼ cup fresh coconut OR ½ cup
  • desicated coconut
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp urud daal
  • 1 tsp channa daal
  • Pinch of asafetida
  • Salt as per taste
  • Extra Mint leaves to garnish
