Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Urad Dal
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 2. Add the chopped onion, green chili and curry leaves. Saute till the onion turns soft and transparent.
  • 3. Add the grated beetroot and mix it well.
