  • 1 small - peel skin , ( cook the beetroot till soft , or pressure cook )
  • 1/4 tsp green chilly
  • haldi
  • salt
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp curry leaf
  • 1 tsp red chilly 2
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp grated coconut
