Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium sized beetroots, grated or shredded
  • 1 cup Semolina – Sooji/Rava
  • 2 cups- Water
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • ¼ chopped dry fruits – (cashews, raisins, almonds etc.)
  • ½ tsp Fresh Cardamom Powder
