PeasKachori or Koraishutir Kochuri (as we Bengalis call it). This delectable dish is also a common affair in Sunday Breakfast in most of the Bengali households
Once the peas cool down, add it to the spice powder along with ginger, green chilies. Then I have some Matar Luchis, MatarKachoris, Stuffed Peas Pooris, Thanks to this post, I went back reading those and got so nostalgic all over again
Koraishutir Kochuri is Peas stuffed puri or similar to Rajasthani kachori the major difference in both is that in Bengali style they dont use much spices and this enhances the flavour of peas where as in Rajasthani style the spices are more prominent
Spicy Bengali treat this month. They posed us with Delicious GreenPeasKachori with Yummy Dum Aloo. For preparing stuffing, grind greenpeas with green chillies as coarse paste as shown below
