Ingredients

  • 1 can of peas and a couple cups of flour will get you about 8 kachoris. They also reheat really well if you have leftovers. Just bake them in the oven at 350 for about 10 min and there you go. I hope you like them as much as we do
  • 1 can of peas, rinsed and drained, and slightly mashed
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • pinch of red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • oil for frying
  • 2.5 cups maida
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp ghee, use oil if vegan
  • water
