  • 3. In a pan heat
  • 4. In the same pan, add remaining oil.
  • 5. Add sauteed besan
  • 6. Add the fried bhindi to the mixture, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger and saute well in medium flame. Saute well till the raw smell of the spice powder goes off.
  • / 250 grams oil - 3 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon of oil, add okra / bhindi and saute well till it becomes crispy. Transfer it to another plate and keep aside.
