Ingredients

  • 2 cups besan (Gram flour/ Chickpea flour/Garbanzo beans flour)
  • 1 cup wholewheat flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt (dahi)
  • ½ tsp salt OR to taste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder, coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves (kasoori mathi)
  • Pinch of asafetida (hing)
  • Approx. ¼ cup of water, use as needed
