  • 3 c s de ghee
  • ½ c c de graines de cumin
  • ½ c c de graines de moutarde
  • ½ c c d
  • 500 gm okra (top and tail ends chopped)
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 finely chopped
  • ½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
