  • 1 Cup - Thick Curd/Yogurt/Dahi/Thayir
  • To Taste - Salt
  • For Tadka/Tempering
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 - Dry Red Chili
  • 6 to 7 - Curry Leaves
  • 3 1/2 Cups - Water
