  • 2 green chillies ( chopped)
  • 1 " ginger piece ( peeled and chopped)
  • 1 garlic pod
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon kali mirch /peppercorns
  • 1/8 teaspoon ajwain/carom seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil ( optional)
  • salt to taste
