Ingredients

  • 8 big pieces with slits (i took chicken thighs (8 pieces) for making this biryani, marinate it with turmeric powder(half tsp), chili powder(half tsp) and salt)
  • Salt
  • 2 cups (kaima or jeerakashala rice is more prefered )
  • Raisins
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1.5 cups of hot water
