Bittergourd will be bitter , so many people don't like it , but if it is done with all these ingredients which i mentioned , it will be super , even bitter guard haters also love this , and if without telling you give this curry somebody may not identify it is bittergourd , that much good taste it gets
The bittergourd does not taste bitter but very mild in bitterness hence if you are someone who hates this veg go ahead try it and you will love it for sure
