Ingredients

  • 2 big Onion chopped 1 big Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 5-6
  • 2 tsp Tamarind juice 1/2 cup Jaggery 1/2 bowl

  • 2 tsp Niger seeds
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Sambar powder
  • 2 tsp Coconut chopped
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp of oil
  • 14 min , for every
  • 2 min mix
  • 5 min again spread
  • 10 min on low medium flame
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 min add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , when they splutter add curry leaves
  • 2 min , now add tamarind juice , jaggery, salt, grounded masala,
  • 1 cup of water
  • 5 min add niger seeds powder and mix well ,

  • 3-4 min now add roasted gram
  • 2 tsp of jaggery again
