Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Sambar Powder
  • 2 tsp Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 8. Add the coconut and mix it well. Switch off the flame when the bitter gourd is fried well.
