Once the water starts boiling, remove the lid, reduce the heat to medium-low and start adding the semolina with one hand and keep mixing with the other, so that there will not be any lumps
Aseofitida - a pinch. Any veggies can be added to the kichadi making more healthy. Salt - as need. Sabudana - 1cup soaked. Groundnuts - 2 tbsp. Potatoes - 1 big. Green chillies - 2 pcs. Coriander leaves - 2-3 tsp. Curry leaves - 2 sprigs. Jeera - 1/2 tsp. Mustard - 1/2 tsp. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp. Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp. Coriander powder - 1tsp. Tomatoes - 1 cup finely chopped. Soak sabudana for 2-4 hrs in very less water. Now add Aloo and saute it for a while and sprinkle some water and cook for 2-3 mins with lid covered. 2 tbsp Potatoes - 1 big Green chillies - 2 pcs Coriander leaves - 2-3 tsp Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
