  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon shallots, finely diced
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli
  • 2 hours in water and pressure cook with a pinch of salt
  • 2. You can also substitute cherry tomatoes with regular tomato, diced
  • 4. You can also make the same salad using couscous, bulgur, cracked wheat or pasta
