Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Dry Black Eyed Peas/Cowpea/Lobia
  • 1 Tomato 1 inch piece of Ginger
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Amchoor /Dry Mango Powder (Can be substituted with Lime Juice squeezed at end)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • Lemon wedges and Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
