Mughlai Dal (Panchratna dal)
Soak all five dals for 2hrs atleast. Then in a pressure cooker add dal, salt and turmeric and cook it for 5-6 whistles. Add this mixture in dal and whisk for a min and keep it on low flame for 15 mins. 1/4cup black urad dal. 1/4cup masoor dal. 1/4cup toovar dal. 1/4cup green dal. 1/4cup chana dal
