  • 1 cup Moong Dal (green gram)
  • 1 small Bottle Gourd
  • 1 big Tomato (cut into pieces)
  • 1 big Onion (sliced)
  • 1 dried Red Chili
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups of Water
