  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup of cooked black beans or re fried beans
  • 1/4 cup of cheese
  • Salt and pepper and hot sauce as per taste
  • You can add your favorite vegetables also and make it perfect omelette in burrito too.
