Ingredients

  • 2 medium Chilly split 3-5
  • seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Tamarind juice 1/2 tcup
  • 1 tsp full
  • 1/2 tsp Jaggery 1 lemon size or little more
  • 1 tsp Oil 1 table spn
  • 2-3 tsp Niger seeds
  • 2-3 tsp Roasted gram powder
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Garlic cloves
  • Cumin seeds/jeera 1 tsp
  • 3 min , add 3 tcups of water , now start cutting brinjal . now

  • 2. You can also add capsicum slices with brinjal , it will also blend nicely
  • 3. If you have roasted peanut powder and Niger seeds powder separately u can add them separately
