Ingredients

  • 25 min Yield
  • Green Chillies – 2-3
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder –
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 2 minutes add chopped onions and Green Chillies and fry them for
  • 2 minutes add prawns and chopped brinjals and let it mix well and then add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste
  • 15 min finally add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and simmer it for
  • 5 minutes serve with Plain Rice or Chapatti
