Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sliced Onion
  • 1 cup Sliced Brinjal
  • 2 cups Vaangi Baath Powder
  • 1 cup of basmati rice in some water for
  • 15 minutes and pressure cook it for
  • 2 cups of water. Spread the cooked rice in a plate and keep it aside.
