Ingredients

  • One Big Brinjal-small Cubes(keep the brinjal in Water and add some salt in it and keep aside)
  • Crushed red chilli-5
  • Curry Leafs
  • Chopped tomatoes-2 medium Sized(ripen)
  • Chopped Onion-1 Small sized
  • Salt
  • Turmeric-a Pinch
  • Red Chilli-1/4tsp
  • Mustards-1/2tsp

Instructions

    Heat the oil add the mustards,then add the onions when it turns light pink add the chillies saute well.when the raw smell vanishes add the turmeric, chilli powder and curry leafs.

    Now add the tomatoes, mix and cover cook.stir frequently. cook till the oil seperates.now add salt and brinjal.stir frequently and cover cook.
