  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped
  • green chillies
  • 1 tbsp cashewnuts
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp eno salt to be added just before making idlis
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • powder
