Ingredients

  • 30 minutes Serves
  • Onion chopped - 1
  • Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1 tsp Vegetable Oil -
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock- 2 cups (You can add 1 vegetable bouillon cube to 2 cups of water)
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour - 1 tbsp Cream - garnish (optional
  • 4-5 minutes Add the broccoli crown and saute for
  • 2 cups of vegetable stock and cook for minute to
  • 10-15 minutes Switch off the flame and allow to cool
  • 1 tbsp of corn flour in
  • 1/2 cup of milk and add this to soup and keep stirring it and bring it
