Before adding seasoning check whether the broken wheat is cooked well and the consistency of payasam is as you wish. If you feel that the Payasam consistency has to be changed you can adjust the same by adding more milk or by boiling the Payasam by continuously stirring and evaporating excess water. Make sure that the seasoning is added at last to lock the flavor.
